Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager for the Panama City, FL office. You will oversee municipal and land development projects, lead design teams, manage client relations, and support permitting and stormwater design.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 10+ years in related projects, and a Florida PE or ability to obtain within 60 days. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, ICPR4 is expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, required.
• 10+ years of experience in municipal and land development projects, required.
• Florida Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 60 days, required.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering/design teams, required.
• Experience with site planning, permitting, code research, and jurisdictional approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project design teams for municipal and land development projects.
• Develop detailed engineering and construction documents.
• Coordinate activities across internal design teams and external stakeholders.
• Communicate project requirements, schedules, and deliverables to clients, engineers, permitting agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and oversee engineering calculations, technical reports, and cost estimates.
• Support stormwater modeling and site plan approvals.
• Maintain client and partner relationships to support business development.
