CPH is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer, PE to join our land development team in Florida, working from Panama City, FL. You will provide technical leadership from concept through delivery, ensuring client specs, quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

This role blends hands-on contribution with mentorship to advance engineering excellence. The position requires a PE license in Florida, strong Civil 3D/ICPR skills, and 5+ years in land development.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited program.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with land development/site design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
• Experience with Civil 3D and ICPR.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and manages the design team during the conceptual and development phases of projects.
• Develops detailed action plans and resource estimates for labor, materials, and timelines required to successfully complete projects.
• Evaluates and selects vendors based on technical competence, capabilities, resources, and financial stability.
• Monitors project progress, comparing actual performance and costs against established estimates, and recommends adjustments as needed.
• Partners with the design team to revise and refine project plans in response to challenges or changing requirements.
• Prepares and presents regular project status reports, including progress, risks, and financial updates, to senior leadership.
• Reviews and analyzes existing equipment, facilities, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality improvement, and cost reduction.
• Collaborates with operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with project engineers across other locations to exchange knowledge, solutions, and best practices.
• Manage a staff of junior engineers and delegate work as needed.

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer, PE to join our dynamic and collaborative land development team in Florida! The Senior Civil Engineer provides technical leadership and strategic direction for land development engineering design projects, guiding teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept development to successful delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring projects meet client specifications, quality standards, budget requirements, and schedule commitments. Serving as both a hands‑on contributor and a mentor, this position plays a key role in advancing technical excellence and strengthening the firm’s reputation for delivering high‑quality engineering solutions. Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus!
