Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead land development, drainage, utilities, and roadway design in the Boise market (Meridian/Nampa area). You will oversee projects from concept through permitting, coordinating with governmental agencies and clients.

You will mentor staff, drive business development within the region, and ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience in site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design with client and team management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects, staff, and client relations.
• Work directly with governmental agencies.
• Identify, analyze, and execute business development opportunities within the regional network.
• Prepare scope and fee estimates.
• Prepare invoicing.
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
