Job summary

Ardurra invites a seasoned Project Manager (Civil Engineering) to lead complex civil projects in Boise, Meridian/Nampa areas. You will oversee design from land development to utilities and roadways, mentor staff, and drive client satisfaction while coordinating with governmental agencies.

Required are a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, and 8+ years in the region with strong communication and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE License in Civil Engineering field.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience in land development, drainage, utilities, roadway design and permitting.
• Regional business development/networking experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, capable of forecasting and leading tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects, staff, and client relations.
• Collaborate with governmental agencies.
• Lead local land development, drainage, utilities and roadway design tasks.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the region.
• Prepare scope, fee estimates and invoicing.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
