HEI Civil in Dallas is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the project management team on major civil/heavy highway projects. You will oversee cost control, scheduling, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in civil construction, with strong leadership and communication skills. This on-site position offers growth within a proven contracting leader with safety and quality as core pillars.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Civil and/or Heavy Highway Construction.
• Experience with underground utilities, earthwork and roadway preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the project management team.
• Review costs and project issues with project managers.
• Support project managers during contract negotiations.
• Coordinate updates to the VP of Project Management and Estimating.
• Assist planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Maintain expected project profit during construction.
• Develop and retain client relationships.
• Review costs and quality daily.
• Forecast each project weekly with field teams.
• Conduct weekly project update meetings.
• Train and develop junior Project Managers.
• Address schedule, cost, quality, and quantity issues.
