Job summary

The role requires a Civil Engineering background (ABET/LAAB) with a PE or LARE license and 10+ years of project management experience, including familiarity with NPS or federal projects. Expect collaboration across teams and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (ABET/LAAB-accredited).
• PE or Landscape Architect Registration (LARE) required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with project management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil projects from planning through construction, including grading, drainage, utilities, and municipal coordination.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and internal resources to deliver projects.
• Oversee preparation of plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary internal teams and external consultants.
• Provide leadership with integrity and a focus on delivering quality work for clients and communities.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
