Job summary

Arcadis in the United States is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer PE to join our site development and redevelopment projects. You will oversee design and coordination for large-scale residential, retail, corporate, and industrial developments, guiding projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in land development, strong consulting and project-management skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer with 3+ years in land or site development.
• Experience in civil/land development with municipal/public sector construction documents.
• Strong consulting, project management, and senior-level client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to lead civil engineering teams and manage budgets.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D; knowledge of MicroStation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to complete construction documents for site development and water resources.
• Provide technical guidance and address design processes within the project workflow.
• Represent Arcadis to clients and stakeholders with clear communication and guidance.
• Organize project structure, staff planning, quality controls, design oversight, and budgets.
• Oversee and prepare construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients.
• Mentor team members and enforce professional standards and quality controls.
• Manage budgets for large projects or tasks.
