Arcadis is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer PE to join our team for challenging site development and redevelopment projects in the Novi/Detroit area. You will oversee design coordination for multi-family residential, retail, corporate, and industrial developments, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality construction documents.

The ideal candidate has an Ohio PE license or is a PE candidate, 5+ years in land and site development, and strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and

Qualifications

• Ohio-licensed PE or PE-candidate Civil Engineer with 5+ years in land and site development.
• Experience in Civil/Land Development with municipal-type projects and construction documents for public sector.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation (asset).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work well with team members and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects.
• Preparation of construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients.
• Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements.
• Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments.
• Working with municipalities on necessary permits.
• Project management of site development or redevelopment.
