Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer PE to join our teams in the United States. You will oversee design and coordination of large-scale site development and redevelopment projects, including multi-family, retail, corporate, and industrial work.

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving are essential to navigate complex site challenges. Ideal candidates hold an Ohio-licensed PE or are PE candidates with 5+ years in land development and proficient use of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and

Qualifications

Ohio-licensed PE or PE-candidate with 5+ years in land and site development.
Experience in civil/land development with construction documents for public sector clients.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Team-oriented with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects.
Preparation of construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients.
Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements.
Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments.
Working with municipalities on necessary permits.
Project management of site development or redevelopment.
