• 10+ years civil litigation paralegal experience
• Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness
• Strong writing and communication skills; able to balance priorities

Responsibilities

• E-filing and e-recording
• Client interaction
• Legal research
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, notices and other litigation documents
• Preparing for and assisting at trial
• Coordinating with process servers and vendors
• Preparing deeds and real estate contracts
• Preparing business filings
