Job summary

Acrnet seeks an Associate Attorney to support a diverse civil docket in Mobile, AL. You will work under supervision of a senior attorney, assisting with client consultations, legal research, pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and transactional documents.

This role includes representing clients at meetings, hearings, and trials, maintaining confidentiality of client information, and reporting hours spent on assignments. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Juris doctor degree from ABA accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients.
• Conducting legal research.
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and transactional documents.
• Representing clients at meetings, hearings, and trials.
• Reporting hours spent on each assignment.
