Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing litigation from inception to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and negotiations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a collaborative culture.
• Deliver exceptional client service while handling multiple matters.
