Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Civil Land Development Project Manager or Senior Civil Land Development Project Manager in Houston, Austin, or Dallas, Texas. You will coordinate contracts, manage project teams, and supervise design and QA for site development and infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering, 8+ years for PM or 10+ for Senior PM, and Texas PE or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering; Texas PE license preferred or able to obtain within 6 months.
• 8+ years of project management experience for PM, 10+ for Senior PM.
• Experience with site design, utilities, and infrastructure projects; knowledge of codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations with clients and subconsultants.
• Develop, communicate, and manage project scope, schedule, budget and QA plans.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, billing, and payment disputes; ensure contract compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices and travel to project sites as needed.
• Prepare and present project progress to senior management and external clients.
