Responsibilities

• Project Inspection: conduct thorough inspections of public projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Documentation: maintain detailed records, photographs, and inspection reports for clients and authorities.
• Quality Control: collaborate with PMs and engineers to address construction/design issues.
• Compliance Monitoring: oversee contractors to ensure adherence to plans, specs and safety protocols.
• Communication: provide clear updates to clients, contractors, engineers and regulatory agencies.
