Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our New Jersey team, working on major highway and transportation projects in Newark and beyond. The role combines design, leadership, and mentorship of engineers and designers across projects such as Newark Bay Bridge, Newark AirTrain, and Gateway Tunnel.

We are currently seeking experienced Senior Engineers to join our Parsons New Jersey team. With both conventional and design-build projects, we are looking for strong leaders who can manage projects and mentor a team of engineers and designers.

We are looking for the following Civil Engineering positions for highway geometric design, utilities engineering, MPT design and all aspects of civil/highway work. Positions are hybrid with 2-3 days per week in-person at our Newark, NJ office.

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
