Job summary

Primoris Energy Services seeks a General Superintendent to lead civil construction on large industrial and power generation projects. You will oversee concrete foundations, formwork, rebar, and rotating equipment foundations, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role demands 10–15 years of heavy civil/industrial experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines across on-site teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in heavy civil or industrial construction, including power generation.
• Experience on large industrial, simple-cycle and combined-cycle power projects.
• Proven supervisory experience with excavation, concrete foundations, formwork, reinforcing steel, anchor bolts.
• Experience as Civil General Superintendent on large-scale projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all civil craft personnel on site.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate all civil construction activities.
• Oversee excavation, foundations, concrete placement, formwork, reinforcing steel, anchor bolts.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, survey, safety, and other disciplines.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Review drawings and work packages for proper execution.
