Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an estimator in the civil industry.
• Proven track record of estimating excavation, paving, grading projects.
• Strong client/business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Lead bid processes for public and private sector projects.
• Identify labor, materials, and time requirements.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Prepare bid packages and present estimates to management.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.
• Maintain historical cost data and develop estimating tools.
• Mentor junior estimators.
