Job summary

Hadco Construction in Lehi, UT is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator with 7+ years in heavy civil construction. You will prepare accurate and competitive estimates for excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and site development projects across Utah.

Proficiency with B2W estimating software, INSITE & AGTEK, MS Office, and ComputerEase is required. You will manage multiple projects with integrity, organization, and accountability in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years minimum in the Heavy Civil field.
• Proven track record of successful qualified proposals and contracts.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and site development.
• Utilize B2W, INSITE & AGTEK and MS Office in estimation work; collaborate with project teams.
• Manage multiple projects and disciplines with strong attention to detail and accountability.

Hadco Construction is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator with 7+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction. This position will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and site development projects throughout Utah.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• You are a professional with 7 years minimum in the Heavy Civil field.
• Extremely high level of integrity and very strong ethical behaviors.
• Proven track record of successful qualified proposals and contracts.
• Possess excellent organizational skills.
• Handling multiple projects and multiple disciplines and tasks related to each project.
• Proficient in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have a strong desire to learn and grow and understand the best process for you to learn.
• A strong attention to detail; the devil is in the details they say.
