Job summary

Hadco Construction LLC in Lehi, Utah, seeks an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator with 7+ years of estimating in heavy civil construction. You will prepare accurate and competitive estimates for excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and site development across Utah, coordinating with project teams.

The ideal candidate shows integrity, strong organization, and a proven track record of winning qualified proposals and contracts.

Qualifications

• 7 years minimum in Heavy Civil field.
• Proven track record of qualified proposals and contracts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must show proof of age 18 or older.
• Demonstrates high integrity and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and site development projects in Utah.
• Handle multiple projects and disciplines with strong organization.
• Collaborate with team to ensure bids reflect project scope and constraints.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new estimating tools.

Hadco Construction is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator with 7+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction. This position will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and site development projects throughout Utah.

• You are a professional with 7 years minimum in the Heavy Civil field.

• Proven track record of successful qualified proposals and contracts.

• Proficient in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
