Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse design teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site and environmental project activities including planning, design, permitting, and construction administration.
• Manage scopes, budgets, and client relationships across multiple projects.
• Serve as lead designer, engineer of record, and project manager on various sizes of projects.
• Support business development and opportunity pursuit with proposal development.
