Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Florida-licensed Civil/Environmental Engineer to serve as Project Manager in Jacksonville, onsite. You will lead land development projects, coordinating with design teams to deliver residential, multifamily, commercial, and industrial developments.

The role requires a PE in Florida, 10+ years of land development experience, and strong leadership for mentoring junior staff and managing client relations. Onsite, permanent/direct-hire position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Active Professional Engineering License in Florida.
10+ years in land development with design and calculations experience.
Experience managing teams, clients, and schedules for land development projects.

Responsibilities

Lead design and permitting for land development projects.
Manage delivery teams for residential/subdivision and commercial sites.
Serve as Engineer of Record reviewing plans and calculations.
Guide junior engineers and designers and mentor staff.
Oversee schedules, milestones, and client communications.
Support proposals and project billing activities.
