Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC is seeking a qualified Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our Doylestown, PA team. The role focuses on private subdivision and land development project design, from feasibility through plan production and approvals.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, PE and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, plus strong communication and leadership skills to mentor staff and coordinate with clients and municipalities.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering; PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site planning, road layout, and drainage design for land development.
• Review zoning and regulatory requirements; prepare plans accordingly.
• Lead a team of engineers, designers, and CAD staff to deliver projects on time.
• Provide client communication and project updates throughout lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster professional growth.
