Lead the Inland Empire office, guide staff, pursue new business, and oversee site/civil design from concept to completion, including stormwater management and SWPPP; PE license and 15+ years required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of site/civil engineering experience focused on land development.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Experience leading site/civil design and project teams.
• Strong client development and management abilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support design, permitting and client management for land development projects.
• Lead staffing and hiring initiatives for the Inland Empire office.
• Identify and pursue new clients and develop additional work within projects.
• Provide oversight and mentoring of Site/Civil staff.
• Direct site/civil design from concept through completion, including grading and drainage.
• Lead storm water management design and SWPPP preparation.
