Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with 10+ staff or equivalent.
• Proven ability to mentor talent and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide a growing civil engineering team on projects and client partnerships.
• Develop and maintain high production standards and quality control.
• Collaborate with Executives to align company strategy with operations.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and business development support.
• Mentor Team Leads and Discipline Leads for professional growth.
