Energy Jobline ZR client seeks a licensed Professional Engineer to lead civil projects from concept to construction. You’ll mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies, and ensure design compliance for water and wastewater systems, hydrology, and utility design.

You will independently manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets, using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce plans and construction documents while driving quality and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) is required.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience including water and wastewater, hydrology, and regulatory permitting.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage complex civil projects from inception through completion, including design, permitting, and client communication.
• Prepare and oversee designs for water and wastewater infrastructure, hydrology, drainage, utilities, site layout and grading, and erosion control measures.
• Use AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop engineering plans and construction documents.
• Conduct site investigations, review maps, reports, surveys, and technical specs.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure approvals and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering practice.
