Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• 7–10 years of post-education experience in engineering.
• Engineer license required.
• Experience with ITD/LHTAC/ACHD projects and their design standards.
• Proficiency in roadway/highway design and 3D modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional civil task lead work on transportation projects.
• Mentor or supervise junior team members.
• Coordinate with clients to meet expectations.
• Support PMs with scope, schedule, budget, changes and risk.
• Maintain QA/QC and ensure cost, schedule and quality objectives are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other offices.
• Travel as required.
