Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of subdivision design standards, zoning, and development regulations.
• Experience with grading, stormwater management, utilities, and roadway design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of subdivision and land development projects.
• Prepare and review civil construction drawings using AutoCAD.
