WSP is actively seeking a Senior Civil Engineer - Solid Waste for their Irvine, CA office. The successful candidate will engage in civil site development and solid waste engineering, ensuring high-quality deliverables while supporting the Earth & Environment Team.

Key responsibilities include managing engineering projects, preparing civil layout designs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive technical execution and compliance. The position offers a competitive salary and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in civil engineering design and/or construction.
• Professional Engineer license is required.
• Proven commitment to workplace safety and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, scope, and manage small-sized civil and solid waste engineering projects.
• Prepare civil layout, grading, drainage, and earthwork designs.
• Support construction-phase services including submittals and field coordination.

Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D
