Responsibilities

• Lead civil site development projects from planning through construction.
• Design and oversee grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and site development improvements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support permitting, construction administration, site visits, and field observations.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and alternative design solutions.
• Provide technical leadership while ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and schedule goals.
