Job summary

GRW is seeking a Site Development Project Engineer for our Louisville or Lexington office. The role focuses on leading site development drawings, coordinating with stormwater engineers, and ensuring projects meet schedule and budget targets.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in a consulting setting, a PE certification, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality land development solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
• 5–10 years of site development design experience in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be responsible for Site Development engineering drawings, including technical review and stamping.
• Guide projects from preliminary design through construction and completion.
• Coordinate designs with stormwater management engineers and land development drawings.
• Liaise with clients, agencies, and others to determine requirements, permits and approvals.
• Manage project schedules and budgets and report progress.
