Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and review project scope documents and schedules for civil works.
• Provide technical direction to architects and engineers on site development and standards.
• Develop and maintain civil engineering standards, specs, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with the City of Los Angeles for permits and approvals (B-Permit/A-Permit).
• Assist Real Estate with civil matters related to property transactions and easements.
• Manage contracts and task orders for civil engineering services.
