Job summary

ECA Power is expanding our development efforts on large-scale ground mounts and energy storage projects across the US. We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team as a hands-on leader who will gain approvals on civil entitlements and perform site and stormwater design while estimating civil costs.

The Senior Civil Engineer will work with project developers, design engineers, and consultants, report to the COO/VP of Civil Engineering, and help grow our renewable energy portfolio with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-time experience in site development and permitting.
• Ability to manage and engage with engineering partners and AHJs.
• Experience reviewing and critiquing other engineers' work products.
• Self-motivated and capable of collaborating with developers, clients, engineers, design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil entitlements and approvals for large-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Develop, design and permit civil scope; estimate associated costs.
• Coordinate with project developers, clients, consultants and design teams to meet requirements.
• Act as in-house civil expert on site development and permitting.
