This position offers the opportunity to lead high‑visibility projects while collaborating closely with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams in a remote‑first environment.

Why join JMA’s growing transportation civil design team?
  • Remote Flexibility – work from home in California (requires California residency).
  • Career Growth – commitment to professional advancement and recognition of top talent.
  • Leadership & Growth – take on a senior role with meaningful influence over projects, teams, and technical direction.
  • Competitive Compensation – earn competitive wages, with bonuses and perks that reward personal achievement.
  • Comprehensive Benefits – company‑paid medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) contributions, and more.

  • Leadership‑Focused: Proven ability to lead project teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage technical deliverables.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Bentley OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Engineering Knowledge: Strong command of civil engineering standards, design criteria, and QA/QC practices.
  • Remote Work Ready: Disciplined and self‑motivated to succeed.
  • Growth‑Oriented: Eager to develop your skills into a fulfilling career in JMA’s practice areas.
