Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer license in Indiana or able to obtain.
• Experience as design leader coordinating with a design team.
• Experience with direct client interaction.
• Familiarity with state and local standards and collaboration with cities/counties.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for municipal, transportation or water resources work.
• Mentor and guide design teams to ensure quality output.
• Serve as a technical design specialist and mentor for staff.
• Facilitate sound technical design decisions for projects.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience and satisfaction.
