You will lead site planning, infrastructure design, stormwater management, and develop drawings and specifications while mentoring engineers and coordinating with clients, contractors, architects, and agencies to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

A Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil preferred), a DE PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months),

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of professional civil engineering experience, preferably with design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• DE PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Develop construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Provide civil design services including site planning, infrastructure design, and stormwater management.
• Lead and mentor engineers; manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, attend meetings, and represent the firm.
• Oversee cross-team communications with contractors, architects, and agencies.
• Support marketing, planning, scoping, and financial aspects of projects.
• Define project scope, develop detailed plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
