Qualifications

BSCE from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive site/civil design experience.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and hydrology software.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, development, and execution of civil engineering projects with minimal supervision.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering relationships through regular communication and problem-solving.
Participate in proposal preparation, cost estimates, and schedules.
Oversee and assign team responsibilities to ensure timely delivery.
Perform detailed QA/QC checks on deliverables and ensure design compliance.
Navigate entitlement and permitting processes including rezoning and site plan approvals.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance.
Manage project budgets, invoicing, and coordination with sub-consultants.
Support business development and participate in industry events.
