Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years in civil engineering with land development/site design.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, roadways, utilities, and erosion control measures.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and preparation of construction documents.
• Lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure projects stay on track.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and federal clients to meet project requirements.
