You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulators, develop site plans, perform earthwork estimates, and prepare drawings using CAD tools, while mentoring junior designers.

Competenze

• Lead and oversee civil design efforts for assigned projects, ensuring accurate, on-time, and on-budget delivery of design models and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, reviewing agencies, engineering personnel, and architects throughout all project phases.
• Compile and analyze site data including topography, utilities, soil, drainage, and zoning to assess cost, constructability, and scheduling.
• Prepare site improvement plans, specifications, drainage reports, and cost estimates for land development, ensuring RFP compliance.
