Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with strong project management background.
• PE license preferred; Master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil engineering projects across site civil, water/wastewater, hydrology, transportation, and storm water.
• Lead the Jefferson City office and guide staff to efficient operations.
• Provide expert guidance on civil engineering topics and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.
• Mentor junior engineers and support office operations and growth.
