Toole Design is seeking a Senior or Principal Civil Engineer to lead multimodal transportation projects in Cleveland, OH. You will guide roadway design from concept through construction, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license in Ohio (OH) required.
• 10+ years of Senior level civil engineering experience or 15+ years for Principal.
• Strong proficiency in MicroStation/OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience leading roadway and multimodal transportation projects.
• Ability to mentor staff and engage with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of multimodal transportation projects from concept to construction.
• Guide civil design for roadways, urban streetscapes, and trail corridors.
• Mentor junior staff and lead stakeholder engagement.
• Support business development and promote internal advancement.
