Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of UK Drainage/Flood Risk.
• Proficient with Client & Local Authority standards/requirements.
• Experience with technical submissions (S38/S278/S104) is desirable.
• Experience with private plot work design is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Clients, third party consultants/council officers and attend meetings.
• Manage a team or deliver on projects with minimal supervision.
• Prepare planning submission packs (Outline/Detail/Full) and technical design submissions.
• Oversee groundworks packages for tender/construction and assist with project budgeting.
