Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex land development projects from our Manhattan, Kansas office or via relocation to the area. You will mentor staff, ensure QA/QC on designs, and provide technical leadership across a range of sites including mixed-use, commercial, and residential developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of related Civil Engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with at least four years supervising technical personnel.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead engineer on complex projects and ensure high quality through QA/QC.
• Mentor and train team members in technical design aspects.
• Provide advisory input on challenging projects and project management support as needed.
