Job summary

Wiley|Wilson, a 100-percent employee-owned firm, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects for federal government clients. You will guide site development, stormwater, permitting, utilities, and pump station design while mentoring junior staff.

You will serve as the primary client contact, collaborate across disciplines, and strive for exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in civil engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia or eligible for reciprocity within 3 months of start date.
• 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience in land development and site design.
• Willingness to travel and eligible to work in the United States with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects for federal government clients.
• Provide team leadership and mentor junior engineers and designers across disciplines.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
