Qualifications

• Active Arizona Professional Engineer license is required or in hand.
• 6+ years of professional engineering experience in land development or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical judgment with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects and teams.
• Detail oriented, self-directed and able to work with clients and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Guide civil engineering projects through development stages to construction-ready solutions.
• Translate project goals into design approaches, work plans, and schedules.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to engineers, designers, and other contributors.
• Evaluate plans for sound engineering judgment, completeness, and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate multiple active assignments, manage priorities, staffing, and budgets.
• Develop trusted client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness.
• Coach professionals and contribute to a collaborative engineering environment.
• Partner with leadership on project delivery and growth of the local practice.
