Job summary

Langan is seeking a Senior Staff Civil Engineer to join its collaborative team in Bellevue or Seattle, WA. This role provides planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects.

You will gain experience in site/civil design for mixed-use developments, shopping centers, residential, higher education, federal, and other projects in a continuous learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• EIT certification is required; PE is preferred.
• 4+ years of site/civil design experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and modification of reports, plans, and specs using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Assess soil, terrain, hydrology and geologic data to inform planning and design.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal land use permitting is a plus.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested.
