Job summary

Coffman Engineers in San Diego seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to lead land development projects from entitlements through construction administration. You will oversee design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in land development, a PE license, and California registration is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications
