Alliant Engineering, Inc., in Minneapolis, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for our Land Development team. You will lead a multidisciplinary group, deliver multimodal projects, and be hands-on during design while guiding budgets and schedules.

You will mentor junior staff, participate in business development, prepare proposals, and engage in client meetings to grow relationships with residential and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in land development design or construction management.
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and MN PE license.
• Self-motivated with strong client and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor and direct work to complete projects.
• Coordinate with staff, municipalities and clients on land development.
• Manage projects for schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Develop client relations in residential and commercial markets.
• Collaborate with senior management on market growth strategies.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; support internal training.
