CPH in Florida is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer, PE to join our land development team in Sanford. You will provide technical leadership from concept through delivery, mentor junior engineers, and ensure design quality, schedule, and budget adherence on projects.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, 5+ years of land development/site design experience, and a Florida PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in land development/site design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
• Experience with Civil 3D and ICPR.

Responsabilités

• Leads and manages the design team through conceptual and development phases.
• Develops detailed action plans and resource estimates for labor, materials, and timelines.
• Evaluates vendors based on technical competence and reliability.
• Monitors project progress against estimates and budgets.
• Prepares regular status reports for senior leadership.
