Kimley-Horn's Boca-Delray, Florida office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join their Land Development team. This is not a remote position.

The role focuses on site development design, project management, and coordination with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors. You will contribute to permitting, budgeting, and construction document preparation while growing with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• P.E. license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting, and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Experience coordinating with clients and managing project tasks.
• Knowledge of utilities, drainage, and construction document prep.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop land development site designs and prepare bid packages.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, jurisdictions, and contractors.
• Support permitting and design documentation.
