You will perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects, covering a variety of land development site designs. You’ll coordinate with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of site development engineering experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design and permitting.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Work on a variety of land development site designs.
• Assist in budgets, permitting, and bid package preparation; monitor progress and schedules.
• Collaborate with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Build strong internal and external professional relationships.
